Two component structural silicone sealant is a two-component, neutral curing high performance silicone structural sealant for building curtain wall.
It has the following superior product features:
1、 Its structural performance has been certified by the former Leading group of Silicone structural adhesive of the State Economic and Trade Commission as the manufacturer and product;
2、A wide range of curtain wall substrates including coated ceramics, reflective glass, anodized and sprayed aluminum and stainless steel and other metal materials have excellent adhesion;
3、High standard of mechanical and physical characteristics;
4、Aeutral curing non-toxic and non-corrosive;
5、Superior high and low temperature resistance -50℃ to 150℃ excellent structural strength;
6、After curing with excellent weather resistance characteristics and excellent uv resistance to high temperature and humidity performance;
7、 No batch number matching restrictions.
For structural application, material samples and drawings shall be submitted to Shengqun company for testing and review in advance.
Applications
Two component structural silicone sealants are designed for structural applications such as factory assembled glass to metal bonding, curing to form a durable, resilient and waterproof seal.
Physical property index (for reference)
Two component structural silicone sealants provide excellent bonding properties to most building substrates without primers, and their typical physical properties are more suitable for a wide temperature range. Product performance meets GB 16776-2005, ASTM C 1184, ETAG 002.
